CityFocus Missions is a cooperative partnership among the three Kansas City associations. It's purpose is to focus our resources on key areas and needs of the city. The ministry is financed through contributions from each association's annual budget.

Every few years the associations do strategic planning, examining the cultural trends and demographics of the area. Specific needs and ministries are then developed from this planning and a budget is adopted to fund the work. The staffs of the three associations serve as coordinators for the ministries and enlist volunteers from the churches to help meet the needs. CityFocus ministries include:

• MALT (Metro Area Leadership Training), an annual two-day training conference for church leaders held each year in August
• ER (Energize and Restore), a one-week youth mission project aimed at helping needy homeowners with repairs to their homes.
• Raceway Ministries, an outreach to the thousands of racing fans all around Kansas City.
• CCN Seminars, monthly seminars received live via satellite of interest to pastors and staff.
